Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Helen Wooldridge Art. Each piece is created or produced with care and attention to quality. Please read the returns information below carefully before placing your order.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks created by Helen Wooldridge and described and photographed as accurately as possible.
I want you to love your artwork in your home. If for any reason it is not right for your space, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition
- The artwork must be returned in all original packaging
- The artwork must include any certificate of authenticity provided
- You must contact us before arranging a return
Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for fully insured and trackable return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging in case a return is needed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Commissioned artwork
- Custom pieces
- Sale or discounted artwork
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging
- Your order details
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Fine Art Prints, Canvas Prints & Framed Prints
All fine art prints, canvas prints and framed products sold by Helen Wooldridge Art are made-to-order specifically for each customer.
Because these items are custom produced, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong artwork or frame option
- Colour preferences after delivery
- Minor placement or production variations that fall within normal production tolerances
Please check all product details and sizing very carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
To request this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging label/barcode
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Production Variations
Please note that slight differences in colour, texture, framing finish, or print placement may occur due to:
- Screen and monitor settings
- Handmade framing processes
- Standard production tolerances
These are not considered faults.
Blank Greetings Cards
Blank greetings cards are printed from original artwork and are carefully packaged before dispatch.
If your cards arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order details.
Due to the nature of printed paper products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect quantities ordered
- Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or print processes
